went back to the restaurant again on last weekend, not at suntec but the outlet at funan. finally managed to take note of the restaurant's name, it's not some corny "stuff n luff", but "surf n turf" (still as lame i think). the wildforest mushroom soup there is terrific, a different taste as compared to other places selling it.sigh, my first day of sch after recess week. 3 hrs of slp last nite and 8am lesson this morning. 1 week of late nites and not climbing out from my bed unless it's near noon time. haha, good luck to me!

friday was CE day, went to help out with logistic and some preparation after my lesson at 1pm. i could only recall that i was making my way to and fro from CE clubroom to LT3. good exercising? haha. v tiring for me, was a long day, from 8am till 6pm. left before the debrief ended. headed to suntec to meet sisters n mother for a satisfying dinner at "stuff n luff" (not sure if that's the restaurant's name).yesterday was fun. went to JB to eat n shop. weeeehhh...that's when i really enjoyed myself since sch started. checked my passport, the last visit to JB was half a yr back. woo, that's long enough to cause me miss the food over there so much...hee.
ok, but still, back to reality..sigh

Satisfaction
10th February, release of O-Level Results 2005. 5 years ago, I was damn nervous. However I was concerned about it again due to my student who took it last year. That's the 1st time I taught a graduating student. She got a B3 for both Science and E Maths. Was very happy for her, considering her results were borderline cases. got 13 for her L1R4. not bad already, should be eligible for many courses in Polytechnic. friday (self-declared holiday), saturday, sunday, monday, tuesday. 5 days of CNY holiday! gosh, was a tiring, but fruitful and well-eaten period. let's see.. had reunion dinner at one teochew restaurant at orchard centrepoint. nvr got the chance (dun bother) to find out the name of the restaurant, just knw tat it's at the topmost storey. had a 8 or 9-course dinner. the food there was so-so only, as usual the dessert was none other but the teochew yam paste. there were about 20 of us, all paternal relatives. expectedly, a few who are slightly more concerned about me will start asking, "U've got any boyfriend yet?". duh, yea yea a long queue out there. same old stuff that they will always be asking every year. soon after that, we waited for my uncles (maternal) to reach my hse, den travelled to river angbao (is that wat u call?) or 春到河畔. it was close to midnite den and luckily, we passed by esplanade at exactly 12am to watch the fireworks. it's magnificient! (that's my plan originally) it's the 2nd time that i was so near to fireworks. the first was at NDP. it lasted for about 8mins. that's how i spent my day on the eve of cny.
on the 2nd day of cny, surprisingly, together with my uncles n family, we made our way up to Mount Faber. woah...i cant rem when was the last time i went there, very young i guess. it was nite time then. i like the fresh air, the gentle wind, the tranquility that sets in. woah, it's really splendid, to spend time with ur loved ones at such place, where u can view the island from the top. found 1 merlion there, not that i know of. took some pics dwn
